BLACK ONE SHOULDER DRESS

pictures by itscohen
When you read this, I will probably be in the car driving from Vienna to Munich and couldn't be happier about the fact that my exam is over. The next one is in about two weeks but I will just relax and rest this weekend and I am so so looking forward to it. The boy is coming over tomorrow in the morning - haven't seen him in a long long time so right now I'm thinking about what to cook ;-)  You guys know if you follow me for a while, and check my social media from time to time that I am not really into cooking but love to eat ;) I think I am just too lazy as preparing a really fancy meal takes a while and so I like to keep it simple.

Let's talk about dresses today. Do you like one shoulder dresses as much as I do? I love to wear them in either winter or summertime as they always look chic and you can never go wrong with one. Especially this one as it has a long flowing sleeve which makes the dress look really chic and perfect for a fancy date night. I don't have much time to go on fancy dates but I really wanted to get myself a new dress for special occassions and since I don't like to get something special at the usual shops such as Zara, H&M, Mango, etc. I checked online. Lucky me I found this amazing dress at Otto - an onlineshop I honestly completely forgot about but their clothing range really surprised me. So I got this one shoulder dress with a sleeve as I think it's just amazing and so comfortable! After ordering it, it only took them two days to deliver and there was even a code with which you didn't have to pay for shipment so I was really happy and excited! What do you think about this dress? I hope you're all doing fine guys! See you Friday ! xx

PLATFORM SANDALS, JEANS AND WHITE TEE

pictures by itscohen

Happy (belayed) Monday!! First of all, I have to apologize to you guys, for only posting twice last week - that's not really the way I planned it to be, but things turned out a little stressful and also the weather has been shit. I had no time to shoot outfits or anything as I was just studying for my exam which is tomorrow evening - so happy when it's over, although the next one will be in mid May - not much time to rest. That means, I will still be busy all the time but this time I'll make sure to prepare some posts for you and not run out and leave you with nothing ;-) I'll be leaving for Vienna tomorrow in the afternoon, excited to see my sister again, and then head back to fancy Munich on Wednesday and finally, the boy is coming over on Thursday and I am so looking forward to it! I really really need a casual and cosy weekend with just food, movies, music and my love.

Today's outfit is simple and really summery, and I am happy to introduce you to my new white platform sandals. I was browsing through the web, looking for platform sandals and found some amazing ones on Zalando. I actually wanted to get Shellys but then decided to get some that don't look too bulky on my little feet ;-) So here they are - I know it's either you love them or hate them, but I completely fell for them - amazingly comfy and really chic in white paired with simple jeans! Although this outfit is so simple, I totally love it! I love those ripped jeans right now and I love plain white t shirts because they make you look chic and well dressed within a minute! What do you think of today's outfit? Hope you're having an amazing and relaxed evening! I will now head back home (right now sitting at Starbucks AGAIN cause I've got WiFi problems at home) study a bit and watch a movie afterwards =) Lots of love!

CORAL FOR SPRING

pictures by itscohen

I am again really excited to share with you this post as I think the pictures turned out amazing (thanks a lot to Rebecca who always has to be with me when im fancy dressed ;-) and Girissima for making my choice of clothing so easy! I received this cute top with the matching shorts a few days ago and I am so in love with the color! Since the weather has been a little bit grey and boring last week I really needed some color in my life and moreover in my wardrobe! Coral is the perfect color for spring and summer, it makes me feel like I'm on a holiday and it really changes my mood from normal to super happy! Yep .. that's what colorful clothes mean to me! I even have coral colored heels so I absolutely had to pair them with this ensemble! In the package I also received this really cool clutch bag that looks a bit hipster but it's super chic and has the perfect size for everyday essentials!  What do you think about the outfit and what's your all time fav color for the warmer season?

I am feeling a bit worn out today as I didn't sleep enough (and trust me, that is the worst thing ever for me as I usually try to sleep seven to eight hours a day)! Kavita came over to Munich and we had a great time at a Stylight event with Rebecca and Lauren and all the other Stylight girls. At first I felt weird coming back to Stylight and being a guest but everyone is just suuuper friendly and you feel at home straight away. We ate loads, drank wine and just had a girl talk ;) Since she left at 3 a.m. in the morning and I couldn't really sleep afterwards so I am a little bit tired today, therefore please be gentle with my english =) I hope you're all doing fine and you're having a great week so far! Lots of love! xx

COSY

pictures by itscohen
I hope you all had a few very relaxing days during Easter time, and that you are full of energy again! Today I wanted to show you what I usually do when I've got some free time. Since I started blogging I don't have as much free time anymore as I had before but if you love what you do, you just don't care =) So in my rare free time I really just relax and try do everything on offer. Last weekend I was watching movies that I wanted to see for ages, eat loads, sleep a lot and read read read. I know I should have studied for my upcoming exam next week but sometimes you just need time for yourself. You could tell by following my social media accounts that I really didn't do anything productive in the past two days, haha =D

It's not super springlike outside right now, so what I love to wear when I'm at home is my cashmere cardigan I got a few years ago from my mum. I adore it and wish I would have another one as it's amazingly cosy and warm. It's more like a uber soft cape and makes me feel really good and safe while wearing. As I really want to have another one I was browsing through some websites and found Repeat. Has anyone of you ever seen their amazing clothes or maybe bought something? I think that from only looking at their pictures you can tell (or I can tell as I am a little cloth nerd) how cosy and soft their material is. I absolutely fell in love with their two tone poncho which is unfortunately already sold out but I'm keeping an eye on it! I don't know where this is coming from but even the boy says I am such a cosy person ;) I loove just everything super soft. Super soft garments, a soft skin, soft bedlinen, duvets, jackets .. awww .. just everything! I think I'm gonna cuddle up now in my cardigan and watch Greys Anatomy now ;-) Happy Tuesday! xx

A WALK IN TOWN

pictures by itscohen
Hey guys & happy Easter! You know how I always complain about being busy, even though it's my fault as I just can't sit around and do nothing? Well, that's exactly what I did in the last three days. A friend of mine from home came to visit me and we just talked all day long, had so much coffee (or chai tea in fact) as well as muffins, burgers, porridge .. we were just talking, eating and walking around Munich! Yesterday evening I arrived at my parents place to stay with them and it feels so so good to have a few days off. I didn't think about anything work related which is amazing! Now I feel totally relaxed and from Tuesday on it will be all about work work work again! Before that I will spend a cosy evening with my sisters watching movies and just chat. Tomorrow Kavita will come over and stay with me a bit and I'm REALLY looking forward to seeing this girl again! So all in all I am super happy and couldn't be more grateful about all the people I get to see in such a short time! Now it's just time to go back to Berlin and see the boy again :-)

Today's outfit is as simple and casual as I spent my last few days. The weather was really bad last week so I wasn't interested in wearing something uber fancy and decided to do a simple blogposts with an outfit I wear regularly: trenchcoat, fedora hat, skinny jeans and boots, oh and a big big bag filled with lots of stuff ;-) I hope you had an amazing day / weekend and just keep on eating ;-) xx

HOLIDAY MOOD

pictures by labelsandlovesongs
FRIDAY! Plus, today was a holiday and one of my girls from my hometown came to visit me! So so happy to catch up with her, show her around Munich and just relax! We both totally need it :)
Today's outfit was shot by my dear Anni from STYLIGHT who I totally miss working with. That day was super sunny and really warm (I wish it would be this warm today) and I wore my fav. black skirt with my fav. crop top! I love crop tops right now and could wear them all the time. They make your look really casual and cool but a little bit of sexy as well ;) I paired everything with bordeaux heels from Zara that I got in the sale in January - never showed them to you before, what a shame! And as you can see, again we took pictures where there was graffiti - Munich is getting less clean and posh :-P No, just joking ... (or not?) Anyway, a really simple outfit for fancy dates! What do you think?

The last days were super busy; I was busy sewing coat after coat, working on the blog (some new and cool cooperations are waiting for you!) and of course busy working at my internship. I can't believe I am working for Prosieben now for three weeks and I only have about two months left, crazy how time flies! I mean, I keep counting the days until I finally have summer holidays, but still ;-) I wish you all a happy weekend and would suggest you to spend some time with your friends, family and beloved ones and make the best out of it! I will head home to see my family tomorrow evening and I am really excited, especially to see my sisters as I havent seen them in a while! Also can't wait for our yearly Easter Breakfast table - make sure to follow me on Instagram to stay updated! Lots of love! xx

NUDE DRESS AND BOOTS

pictures by itscohen
Hello guys! Sorry for skipping the Monday post, I was busy watching the new YSL movie, which I can totally recommend to all of you! As an absolute fan of all movies about artists, designers, etc. I loved this one of course as well! I watched both movies about Coco Chanel hundreds of times and really had high hopes for the one about Yves, and didn't get disappointed. The movie is more about his life, his relationships and how he started his own business rather than just fashion and how he revolutionized especially women's fashion. I have to admit that I would have loved to see more about him at a very young age, just to see how he got into it and his first designs, but all in all the movie was amazing. It's really touching and in the end some of the girls I went with almost cried ;-) While watching it, and especially after the movie I really felt really inspired and totally wanted to start sketching, drawing, designing and sewing! It's good for me to watch movies like that from time to time as they inspire me so much and they kinda get me going and assure me that all the hard work I do will pay off some day ;-)

Today's outfit is a really simple dress I recently found on Asos (surprise!). It's also available in black but I thought the nude version would look really cool with a biker jacket. In my case it was an oversized biker blazer and boots. I never would have thought that I would wear boots and a long dress but I totally love this combination! It's really cool and edgy but still a little elegant as the dress is really feminine. What do you think about this look? I hope you're all fine and happy Humpday!! xx

BABY BLUE

pictures by labelsandlovesongs

It's already Sunday, what a shame! I feel like this weekend has been busy all over. There were so many things on my to do list and I got up super early but unfortunately didn't make everything. I started sewing a new coat, this time it's for my bestie Kavita as she always wanted to have one made by me ;-). She's coming in a few days so I need to be suuuper quick! I also did some work for Lackofcolor, sports and met lovely Anni for a catch up and to shoot these pictures! I love love love this blue background :-) It matches perfectly with my outfit from yesterday! I wanted to pair my blue jeans with a light blue blouse as I am currently having a blue fever! I could wear everything blue! Blue tops, blue skirts, blue coats, blue jeans .. aww! It reminds me of holiday and I could really need some holiday right now. The blouse is from the H&M men's section as it's much more oversized than the ones for women. It's the perfect outfit for casual Saturdays, that's why I wore those little heels - they are super comfy and look so cute! I was super happy about the warm temperatures yesterday .. unfortunately today is just grey and rainy.

Hopefully you all had a super relaxing weekend, I will head back to my beloved sewing machine and try to finish the coat by today .. what a challenge! Have a great Sunday guys! xx

ON THE GO

pictures by labelsandlovesongs
So, imagine this: you stay up a little longer than usual, editing pictures, straightening your hair, talking to the bf on the phone, doing your nails (maybe everything at the same time, haha) and then you can't get up in the morning and worst of all: you don't know what to wear! Well, today I will show you my outfit for those worse days. I'm not one of those people that can't get up in the morning (unless I just slept two hours, but I always try to sleep at least seven hours every night) so yes, I admit, I am a morning person! I don't mind getting up early and I need to have enough time for breakfast, shower, make up, packing my bag, check my emails, etc. It doesn't really happen that often, that I can't hear my alarm and I am in a total rush, but if this happens, I wear a super simple outfit. Black jeans, white top, black trenchcoat, sunnies (just in case I had no time to do my make up) and either comfy wedge heels or sneakers. To add a little more excitement to the pictures (because the outfit is really simple) we came across this graffiti and took the pictures there and trust me, there's hardly any graffiti in fancy Munich.

Thank god it's Friday! I have a suuuper busy weekend ahead, about to sew a new coat, study for my exam, meet the girls, work on the blog, do some sports, yep in only two days I want to do all of these things! What are your plans for this weekend? xx

ROLL AWAY YOUR STONE

pictures by labelsandlovesongs
Happy Humpday! Sorry for posting so late, I had a few busy days and no time to write tonights blogpost! How are you? I hope you're not as busy as me, I honestly don't know where the time went and how come it's already half eight? I feel like I didn't do anything except eating and working. Craaazy. Anyway, todays outfit is a little edgy, cool and rocking. I wore my white ripped jeans, black heels and my green leather jacket from Zara which my mum got me ages ago. I really want to have a new leather jacket, I'd prefer a black one and a little oversized but I can't seem to find any like that .. so I'm sticking to this one as it's extremly comfortable and I feel like green is such a special color! Today's pictures where taken by my lovely friend Anni who constantly shows me nice places in Munich and makes me want to spend all my money on pretty food in nice coffee shops or huge breakfast buffets ;-) It's a lot of fun hanging out with someone who knows Munich quite well because, and I know this is a shame, I've been living in this city for about 7 months now and I still don't know a lot of cool insider places; blogger destinations or whatever =) If you read this and you are from Munich, please get in touch with me and tell me about a few cool coffee shops and nice restaurants, I'd love to check out the city more in my last few months!

That's basically what I wanted to tell you today - now I will change from skinny jeans and heels to leggings, a huuuge sweater and fluffy slippers and watch a bit HIMYM (I still haven't seen the last season, I know I'm a little late). Also I wanted to thank you for your comments on my last post - so happy that you like tiny Lackofcolor blog and thanks a lot for your support!! Have a great and relaxing Wednesday! xx

FLORAL PRINTED MIDI DRESS

pictures by itscohen
Well hello guys! I've got a super springlike outfit for you today - I ordered this dress already in December 2013 because it was on sale and I was super excited for warm temperatures and bright floral prints. So I waited more than three months to show you this amazing dress, I absolutely adore! From the first time I saw it, I already knew I wanted to wear it with a fedora hat to make it look more casual and I am so happy with the result! =) This dress even makes me look really curvy and although I wasn't sure about the length at first, I now think it's a welcome change! The dress is from Asos and I can only recommend Asos sale to all of you! It's the best and you can find so many cool and unique items for such a small price there!

New week. I hope you all had a relaxing weekend, mine was a little bit stressful but great as I had the chance to work loads on the blog, see all of my fav. girls again and eat way too much =) I just came home from work, so for today, there'll just be me and my uni stuff but I've got lots of things planned to do this week, such as, helping lovely Stephanie with moving and finally starting to sew my new coat! I am so excited to start, but besides I need to study for uni and of course work. To be honest, sometimes it's a little annoying when you want to be super creative, active and just work work work on your dreams but you can't find time for it because of your 'real' job. I am (already) looking forward to summer holidays to just concentrate on tiny Lackofcolor blog and some other projects. That's it for now - I wish you all a great start into this week and see you on Wednesday! xx

LAID BACK

pictures by itscohen
Good morning everybody! I am feeling really happy and proud today - I did four blogposts this week and it feels really really good! So happy that it worked out fine and I am not stressing out with work, uni and all of the things I tend to do frequently. So here's outfit number four - I must admit, my mum inspired me to try this. Maybe not just inspired but encouraged me to wear my midi skirt with sneakers and a wide crop top. At first I thought it would look weird, wearing a midi skirt and sneakers as I am not really tall, but I love the combo! The crop top was a gift by my mum and it's amazing! Especially the two colors and that it's longer in the back. It's perfect for spring and I can't wait to wear it with jeans, shorts, skirts, everything! What do you think about this outfit? I wore my lovely time for wood sunnies - and yep, just quickly wanted to remind you that you can get your own ones by using the code "Lackofcolor.tfw" - you will get 20% off, but only until May 15th so don't wait too long!

As you might have seen on my social media - the girls from STYLIGHT came over to my place and I made a cake! It was sooo good to see them again and especially talk English - it almost felt like coming home a bit as I really missed seeing them every day; talk English, have lunch together, go for tea breaks and stuff. Aww =) I'm gonna go for a run now and then work a little bit and start studying for my upcoming exams at uni! What are your plans for today? Happy Sunday! xx

RIPPED JEANS, FEDORA AND THREE COLORED WEDGES

pictures by mumy

My first week at Prosieben is already over! It's been quite stressful and challenging but all in all, pretty good! I've got a busy weekend ahead now as well - tomorrow the girls from STYLIGHT will come over for some coffee and to catch up - so excited to see them again! On Sunday I really want to start sewing some new garments and besides that, study for my next exam at uni! Of course, do some sports and work on the blog in between .. busy busy busy!

Today's outfit is super simple and has a touch of Indie I'd say. I am really into ripped jeans right now and ripped some old black ones from Zara when I was at my parents place. I paired them with a white top and this amazing black fedora hat. I loove it and could wear it all the time; seriously, this is my new hat crush and I'm so happy that it's not out of thick woolen material, so I can totally wear it in summertime as well =) It's the first hat that ever suits me perfectly, as I have quite a small head! Also these wedges are new in as you could see on my instagram. Aren't they amazing? My mum found them in a small shop in my hometown and showed them to me last weekend - I just had to get them ;-) they're real leather and amaaaazingly comfortable, I could wear them every single day. I love that they look a little different because of the three colors and the velcro fastening but I quite like to have 'weird' shoes and then just pair them with super normal and almost boring clothes to give them the attention they deserve ;-) You will totally see me wearing these a lot in summer! Hope your week was fine! xx

YELLOW ACCESSORIES

pictures by itscohen
Heyo guys! I feel like it's been ages since I wrote my last blogpost, while it's actually just two days ago. The past two days were craaazy; I learned so many things and I feel like it was already a week. As you all know, yesterday was my first day of my new internship at Prosieben and I feel a little overwhelmed by all the things that I've learned and how different this company is to all the companies I used to work for (which is not a negative thing, it's just different ;-) I'm even scared to go to sleep as I could forget all the important things to do tomorrow :-D no, but seriously, it's just a huge adjustment when you've worked in a company for a few months and just know what do to all the time, in every situation and then you start from scratch again and really want to do your best but you just can't know everything within two days - that's what I had to learn today ;-) Of course I will keep you updated, but let's talk about todays outfit first!

Yellow is definitely my color for this years spring! I love it! I found these amazing flats already in January at Zara for incredible ... wait for it ... (yes, I am watching HIMYM the final season right now) incredible five euros! The bag is a little older but I love how it adds happiness to my outfits. I really think a bright accessorie doesn't only brighten up an outfit but also ones attitude or mood! When I'm not in a good mood or sad I tend to wear something dark and boring but I'm really trying to challenge myself whenever sadness hits me to wear something bright =) What do you think? Happy Humpday - see you Friday with a new outfit! xx
